Driven by a linear motor with three axes, the laying head has three axes and allows for layering on inclined surfaces (±30° from the horizontal plane). The laying head can simultaneously accommodate two types of tape reels, enabling high-efficiency layup in a short time by mixing pre-cut tape reels (15mm tape) from ACCESS and wide tape reels (30mm tape) from material suppliers. Automatic inspection for overlaps and gaps, layering monitoring functions, foreign object detection, trimming cutters, inkjet marking, and parts history can be selected and added.
